The club members worked hard to produce two beautiful judges' tables and a billboard advertising the breed. Corgis are not well known in France.

wp32.jpg (90337 bytes)  Mrs. Elisabeth Camboni showing Wagglerump Clark Kent (Ch. Salvenik Super Ted of Elsmere x Amber Wynnam Forever) from the Young Male class. Seated in the background are club members Michel and Anne Picard, who also showed their bitch, Poupounette de Valpurgis (Ch. Dwynella Look Me Over x Ch. Sandyshire Bronze Bell), who is standing at their feet.

wp5.jpg (82096 bytes)   Mr. Denis Colmar's feet with Papageno de Valpurgis (Ch Dwynella Look Me Over x Nuit d'amour de Valpurgis), He (the dog) placed third in the Open Males class.

wp6.jpg (92663 bytes)   Mrs. Jocelyne Thomas of Caverne des Anges Kennels with Open Male Raisin Noir de la Caverne des Anges (Ch. Keridown Mr. Bobkat x Ch. Pot O' Gold Angel Baby). Jo entered twelve dogs this day and was one busy lady!

wp7.jpg (79808 bytes)    Mrs. Emily Silberberg with Arbor, now known as Int.Ch. Perivale Music of Sibelius (Sandfox Flying Finish x Sandfox Bring Me Music). Emily flew in from Maryland to finish Arbor's international title and stayed for the specialty. Arbor placed second in the Open Male class.

wp50.jpg (46411 bytes) Pictured here with judge Mrs. Liz Cartledge, BOB winner this day was the dog Ch. Obeyone Super Keynobi des Contamines (Ch. Salvenik Super Ted of Elsmere x Makarena Sweet Dance des Contamines), bred by Mr. Louis Camboni and showed and owned by Mrs. Catherine Malagré. Obeyone went on to take Best in Show in the all-breed judging. (Special thanks to Mrs. Emily Silberberg for for furnishing this photo.)

Unfortunately, these are all the digital photos we have of the day. The batteries in the camera ran down, and the backup batteries were at the hotel, a goodly drive from the show site. Having traveled by train to the show site, we didn't have a car, so we had to forego more shots of the dogs. My apologies to other club members whose dogs are not pictured here.

wp24.jpg (92904 bytes)   wp25.jpg (95348 bytes)   These are pictures from the club meeting held on Friday evening before the specialty. It was a nice gathering of friendly people and one lovely puppy belonging to Mrs. Elisabeth Camboni, I believe.
